Game is very playable with New Dynamic Compiler. Biggest issue is that background layers for stages can render over both fighters' character sprites.

Runs almost perfect. Only slight graphical issue I noticed is that line separating the characters. It's normal when you get far away of course. But when you get close to the opponent, sometimes the line doesn't disappear and it gets glitched. Sounds work perfect. Music is almost perfect but you can hear subtle artifact notices in the background.
