So the level I mentioned was stage 10. When we "take the fight outside," the characters move off-screen and it fades to black. Then it acts like it's gonna load the next scene, but it remains stuck on that black screen. I can bypass it with the stage select cheat, but I can't progress normally through that part of the game.

This is the part with Valgar that crashed the game the last time I reached it. Regrettably, I don't know which level this is, exactly, but you fight him, a cutscene happens, the characters run off-screen, and the game crashes. Other than that, this game plays like a dream.

I've been playing the hell out of this game for like two weeks or something, but every time I get to this particular part of it, or this other part where I fight Valgar, the game crashes when I select an option/defeat Valgar. Not sure why.
